This OEKO-TEX Standard 100® certified dress is produced and tested free from harmful substances ensuring it’s safe for your child’s skin and health.This knee-length dress has a an elastic waist and ruffles at the cuffs and bottom hem. The rounded neck has a ribbed neck band.
