We were about to launch our new 100% cotton version of the XTRA HIGH RISE and realized that the factory used our old pattern. Without the added spandex the fabric doesn’t quite reach the natural waist. So this is a perfectly lovely pair of high rise undies that is cut high on the legs and hits right
