The industry uses plastic we use wool. While the industry largely relies on polyester for fleece items we’re proud of our new natural wool fleece jacket that's breathable odor-resistant and quick-drying.
The Woolaroo’s natural softness offers freedom of movement while keeping you warm.
And yes while wool does shed it’s a natural fiber that will break down rather than contribute to the plastic pollution problem.
Sorted recycled spun and woven in Italy our partner Manteco created a plush fabric that is made completely of recycled wool helping to divert pre- and post-consumer virgin wool textiles from landfills putting this valuable fiber back into circulation.
The color in this garment is made from combining recycled pre- and post-consumer waste which helps to spare the use of any additional water or dyestuffs.
