Why buy ?

This page lists T-shirts for women made with bamboo-based fibre. Bamboo clothing is usually made from bamboo pulp that has been turned into viscose, or less often into lyocell or modal. Viscose has a soft, smooth feel. In the EU, the US and Canada the label has to name that fibre, so look for viscose (“rayon” in the US), modal or lyocell in the composition rather than just “bamboo”. Most of the bamboo-based T-shirts we list name viscose, often with some elastane for stretch. Some brands give the fabric weight in grams, which is a quick way to compare how heavy a T-shirt is.
