In 2022, Organic Basics was acquired by Delta Galil Industries, a move that has raised ethical considerations due to Delta Galil's inclusion in the United Nations database of companies operating in illegal Israeli settlements. Despite this, Organic Basics continues to focus on sustainability, offering products made from organic and recycled materials, and maintains a commitment to transparency and ethical practices in its supply chain.
