The Celestial Maxi Dress is a voluminous maxi dress with an open back. The fabric gathers on the waist and the neck and goes down to a full flowy hem. Organic elastic band on the waist with smocking stitches over it. Tie straps on the neck and back that fall elegantly on the open back. Made from a super soft organic cotton fabric with a beautiful moon and star print.
