Made in a lovely soft dobby cotton fabric Nelly has a flattering V-neckline short puff sleeves and shirring at the back for a fit that flatters all body shapes. The tiered skirt with navy ric rac trim through the body and hem feels very premium and the dobby fabric is made with a beautiful textured weave that has real quality and depth. And of course she has those all-important pockets!
