This one-of-a-kind garment uses colourful vintage sarees that are layered together using a running 'kantha' stitching technique adding a guaranteed pop of colour to any outfit. Style it over jeans and a shirt with a dress or over a sweater as an extra layer of warmth. Because each piece is reversible it's like getting two jackets in one! Plus we've added pockets on both sides. Our one-size jacket features a shawl lapel and can be worn both ways. Created by our partner artisans from Jaipur Rajasthan each piece is unique. Women from rural communities gather together and layer colourful vintage saree reinforcing them with a running kantha stitch. This fabric is living its third life in the form of a jacket having previously been used as sarees or blankets.
