Made in a gorgeous triblend linen fabric our navy Ruth dress has a gorgeous V-neckline the loveliest short angel sleeves that gently cover the top of the arms in the most flattering way and a wonderful thick tie material belt at the front that cinches you in for a beautifully flattering silhouette.
