Black Paint and Patchwork Constance Wilde Upcycled Long Sleeve Top

This one-of-a-kind top was created by Constance Wilde a creative project by Rachel Faller that transforms textile waste into wearable art. Constance Wilde pieces use multiple artisanal techniques - from hand painting and screen printing to embroidery and patchwork - to upcycle pre-loved clothing in the US and demonstrate how "trash can be treasured" through thoughtful design and creative material reuse. Working with deadstock upcycled clothing and other rescued materials Constance Wilde creates pieces that are both unique and accessible balancing artistic expression with everyday wearability. Pre-existing garments are given new life while maintaining their unique character. Materials and Care

We use eco-friendly water-based inks and materials for our upcycled and hand-painted pieces which are durable but benefit from gentle care. To keep your garment looking its best while minimizing environmental impact we recommend this care:

• Turn garment inside out before washing to protect any printed or painted areas
• Wash in cold water using gentle cycle
• Hang to dry in shade
• Avoid direct heat on decorated areas
• Iron on reverse side only using low heat if needed
• Consider spot cleaning when possible
• Wash with similar colors
