From the popper button straps that hold the cami in place the tie details on the cuffs to the gathers at the shoulder everything about this top just exudes quality. This long sheer sleeve blouse can be worn done up or left open and we think it works equally well with jeans and boots as with a skirt and heels. You can wear it with or without the removable cami underneath.
