The brand emphasizes fair production practices, with most garments produced in its own facility in Dürmentingen, Germany, and other facilities in Portugal, Turkey, and Tunisia. Lovjoi also focuses on social responsibility by employing former refugees in its sewing department and assisting them with housing and bureaucratic challenges. The brand's commitment to sustainability is evident in its use of innovative materials like Br4®, made from plant-based polyamide, and its dedication to reducing its carbon footprint through short supply chains and CO₂-neutral shipping.
